Who can see my client data?
You. Your brokerage owner can see their team within the same account, for training. GiGi staff cannot read your client communications. We never sell, share, or train a public AI on your data. Your data shapes your coaching.
Does GiGi auto-send emails or texts?
No. GiGi drafts. You authorize. You send. That's the law of the system. Every outbound message requires your tap or your voice confirmation.
How long does setup take?
Most agents are live in under 20 minutes. Connect FUB + your calendar + your phone. GiGi handles the rest. White-glove onboarding included for beta accounts.
Will GiGi work with my CRM / dialer / title software?
Today we integrate with Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, Outlook (in progress), and Twilio. We add new tools every month — and you can always connect via Zapier in the interim. We adapt to your stack.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel anytime. Your data exports in a single click. No refunds on the current cycle — but you keep using GiGi through the end of the period you paid for.
